When will I receive my refund for the return?

Once your return arrives, we will check which items have been returned - We will then confirm receipt of the return by email. It can take up to 14 days to receive confirmation of your return. We do our best to process your return as quickly as possible and ask for your patience.

How and when will I receive my refund for the return?

If you paid by credit card, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung, Klarna, or Amazon Pay, the amount will be automatically credited back to the respective account overnight after successful posting (not delivery!) in our logistics center.

If you ordered by bank transfer or prepayment, we will transfer the amount back to you on the day after the reversal (not delivery!).

My return was not credited or refunded correctly!

Unfortunately, sometimes things go wrong even for us. We are happy to help you personally. Please check beforehand whether you might have used one of our vouchers. Not in all cases is a refund due for the return. If there is an error, please contact us by email or phone. We will help you as quickly and easily as possible.

My return was received by Fitters-Footwear more than 14 days ago, but I have not yet received a refund?

If your return was more than 14 days ago, please contact us by phone or email. It would be great if you could have your order number and return receipt ready.
