How do I return an item?

You can return unworn items to us within 14 days. You can find detailed instructions for returns here:

Fill out the return form

On the return form, select the items you wish to return and state the reason for the return. The reason is very important to us! We are constantly working on improving our products and shipping process.

Pack the parcel properly

Pack the items so that undamaged transport is guaranteed. This saves both you and us a lot of hassle, and the next customer will be happy to receive shoes in proper condition.

Ship the return

Please sufficiently stamp the return and send the parcel to us with a service provider of your choice.

Receive a refund

Once you see in the tracking that we have received your return, please allow us up to 14 days to check and credit it.
