We kindly ask you to return the goods to us with all labels and in their original packaging.

The return shipment is at your expense.

It is best to use the shipping box we used for the outbound shipment for the return transport.

We kindly ask you not to return shoe boxes without outer packaging.

Please do not stick the shipping label directly onto the shoe box.
