The online offering of Fitters Footwear is operated on behalf of Fitters Footwear GmbH, based in Sinn.
Participation in Facebook sweepstakes and their execution are subject to the following provisions. Facebook sweepstakes are those in which participation can only take place on the Facebook platform. The sweepstake is not affiliated with Facebook and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by Facebook. The decision of the judges is final.
(1) The sweepstakes are conducted by Fitters Footwear.
(1) All persons with a Facebook account are eligible to participate.
(1) Employees of Fitters Footwear and the participating cooperation partners are excluded from participation.
(2) In case of a violation of these terms and conditions of participation, Fitters Footwear reserves the right to exclude persons from the sweepstake.
(3) Persons who use unauthorized aids or otherwise gain advantages through manipulation will also be excluded. In such cases, prizes may also be revoked and reclaimed retroactively.
(4) Furthermore, persons living outside the Federal Republic of Germany are excluded.
(1) The winner(s) will be determined either randomly or based on the conditions mentioned in the respective sweepstake (for example, the most likes win).
(2) The material prizes will be sent by Fitters Footwear via freight forwarder, parcel service, or post to the postal address provided by the winner. Delivery is only within the Federal Republic of Germany. Delivery is free to the door.
(3) In the event that delivery is made by a freight forwarder, the freight forwarder will contact the winner to arrange a delivery date. Delivery usually takes place Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The winner has the option to provide an alternative address in their immediate vicinity where the prize can be delivered in their absence. If the freight forwarder does not find anyone at the winner's address or at the alternative address, a message will be left. The winner must bear the costs of a new delivery.
(4) Cash payment of the prizes or any prize substitute is not possible under any circumstances.
(5) The claim to the prize or prize substitute cannot be assigned.
(6) Complaints relating to the execution of the sweepstake must be addressed in writing to Fitters Footwear, stating the sweepstake, within 14 days of becoming aware of the reason. Complaints communicated verbally or late will not be processed.
Fitters Footwear reserves the right to cancel or terminate the sweepstake at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. Fitters Footwear will particularly make use of this option if proper execution of the game cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons (e.g., viruses in the computer system, manipulation, or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons. If such a termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, Fitters Footwear can claim damages from this person.
(1) Fitters Footwear is released from all obligations upon handing over the prize, unless an earlier point in time results from these regulations.
