Where is my order?

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with a DHL tracking number. You can use this to track your package's current location on the DHL website at any time.

My package has been in transit for more than 5 business days!

If your package has not arrived 5 business days after shipping and is not with a neighbor or at your trusted DHL Parcel shop, please contact us. We will investigate the matter and contact DHL.
